A few things to know before you book — read this alongside the trip rates above.
Please note: due to increasing costs associated with guiding at the Douglaston Salmon Run, all trips conducted there will incur an additional daily fee per person, based on the 2026 DSR access fee.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date(s), due within 7 days of booking. Checks payable to Paul Conklin. Water and weather cancellations are made at the guide’s discretion.
All deposits are non-refundable, and no reservation is confirmed until a deposit is received. Cancel with less than 30 days’ notice and, if we can rebook your dates, your deposit carries forward to a future trip.
By booking, all participants accept the terms below regarding responsibility and use of trip photography. Full details follow.
Paul’s Guide Service and its subcontractors assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property in connection with any guiding services rendered. All participants agree to this statement of disclosure, responsibility, and liability at the time of booking. Paul’s Guide Service and its subcontractors reserve the right to publish any photos taken during a guided trip.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and I need it within seven days of booking. Make checks out to Paul Conklin. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice and I’m able to rebook your dates, I’ll carry your deposit forward to a future trip. Water and weather cancellations are made at my discretion, and on those days we just reschedule. A 4% charge applies to payments through Venmo or PayPal.
